What we collect

• Account info: your email address and password (stored securely, hashed, by our authentication provider).
• Pet profile info you enter: name, species, breed, age, and any conditions you choose to share.
• Audio and video clips you upload for analysis, and the indicators our analysis detects from them.
• Billing info, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage analytics (page views, performance) to keep the product working well.

How we use it

To run the product: analyzing your clips, tracking your pet's Pawsitivity Score over time, matching you with a behavioral specialist if you ask for one, and processing your subscription. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your pet's clips or health information for anything beyond giving you the analysis you asked for.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors that make AnimaSense work: our database and auth provider, our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider, and our hosting provider. If you generate a secure share link for a vet or specialist, the data in that link is visible to whoever holds the link until it expires or you revoke it — that's a feature you control, not something we do automatically.

Your controls

You can export or delete your pet's data, delete any uploaded clip, revoke any share link, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account removes your pets, uploads, and analysis history.
