By using AnimaSense, you're agreeing to these terms. Here's the plain-English version.
Not a diagnosis
AnimaSense uses basic heuristic analysis to score observable behavioral signals in clips you upload. It is not a substitute for veterinary care or a licensed behavioral diagnosis. Always consult a qualified professional for treatment decisions about your pet's health or behavior. If your pet is in immediate distress or danger, contact a vet or emergency animal service directly — don't wait on an app.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Subscriptions & billing
Starter and Pro plans include a 14-day free trial — no card required to start. If you add a payment method and don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews monthly at the listed price until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Specialist matching
AnimaSense connects you with independent, licensed or certified behavioral specialists. We facilitate the introduction; the specialist relationship, advice, and any services they provide are between you and them, not AnimaSense.
Acceptable use
Use AnimaSense for its intended purpose — monitoring and understanding your own pets, or those you have a legitimate care relationship with. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't attempt to access another user's account or pet data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
